Cancellation, Rescheduling, & Changes to Appointments Policy
Since your spa service is reserved especially for you, a 48 hour
notice prior to your appointment is necessary to make any changes to your
scheduled service, reschedule, or cancel. Pleases understand that if less
then a 48 hour notice is given 50% of your scheduled service will be charged.
Any “no shows” will be charged full price and may loose booking privileges.

Gift Certificates
Gift Certificates
are available, non-refundable, and non-replaceable. There may be a price
difference owed for gift certificates older than one year.
Gratuities
Gratuities are
wonderful but personal recommendations are also appreciated.

Cash or personal checks are accepted for payment only. All
prices are subject to change without notice.
